لدينا في بولتن شروط استبدال واسترجاع ميسره ومرنه حتى يمكنك استرجاع أي منتج يتم شراؤه من متجرنا فقط إذا كان المنتج تالف أو وصل خطأ غير الذي تم طلبه خلال مدة تصل الى 3 أيام للاسترجاع و 7 أيام للاستبدال من تاريخ توصيل طلبيتك وذلك بشروط بسيطة وميسرة.
احرص على ما يلي:
- على أن تكون مسجلاً في الموقع حتى تستفيد من كافة الخدمات وسياسات الاسترجاع.
- يجب التأكد من عدم استعمال المنتج قبل استرجاعه وأن يكون في حالته عند وصول الطلب.
- يجب تأكد من عدم قطع أو إتلاف أي أوراق لاصقة في المنتج أو في تغليفه.
- سوف يتم إعادة قيمة المشتريات في حال الاسترجاع عن طريق إعادة المبلغ الى نفس الحساب البنكي لصاحب الطلب او عن طريق إضافة رصيد مشتريات الى حسابكم على النظام حسب رغبتك.
- في حال الاستبدال سيتم تزويد العميل بملف (pdf) يحتوي على نسخة من بوليصة الارجاع مدفوعة الرسوم نرجوا طباعتها ووضعها على واجهة كرتون الشحن الذي يحوي المنتج المراد ارجاعه ومن ثم تسليمها لأقرب فرع لشركة الشحن الخاصة بالبوليصة.
- لن يتم النظر لاي طلب يتجاوز المهلة المذكورة أعلاه.
In Bolton, we have easy and flexible terms of exchange and return so that you can return any product purchased from our store only if the product is damaged or arrived in error other than what was requested within a period of up to 3 days for return and 7 days for exchange from the date of delivery of your order, on simple and easy terms.
Take care of the following:
- To be registered on the site in order to benefit from all services and return policies
- You must make sure that the product has not been used before returning it and that it is in its condition when the order arrives
- Be sure not to cut or damage any adhesive papers in the product or its packaging
- The value of the purchases will be returned in the event of a refund by returning the amount to the same bank account of the applicant or by adding a purchase balance to your account on the system as you wish
- In the event of replacement, the customer will be provided with a file (pdf) containing a copy of the paid return policy. Please print it and place it on the front of the shipping carton containing the product to be returned, and then deliver it to the nearest branch of the shipping company for the policy
- Any application that exceeds the aforementioned deadline will not be considered
